Ombré Nature Collection

Enter a world where dreams become reality,
where hair looks richer and more natural than we ever thought possible.

For the spring/summer 2013 Ombré collection : ombré nature,
l'Oréal professionnel reinvents ombré with highlights (exclusively in salons).

Now, it's up to you to choose which dream to embrace.

“ On the runways, floral prints were
complemented by rich browns and blondes in
the hair, often applied in an ombré fashion.
It's a very sophisticated, modern look.”

“ When they first arrived, ombré was quite
bold and very difficult to wear.
Now, thanks to the expertise of hairdressers,
ombré is a sophisticated & wearable color
option for every woman.”

Sophisticated Nature

Fresh and urban, this is a woman with a vision. She may look care free, but her meticulously-selected blues are an art of sophisticated seduction. Her subtle Ombré Nature starts from a darker blonde at the roots and gradually blends towards lighter, cool blonde highlighted ends.

Cool Nature

Ruffled by a blast of rock-n-roll wind, she’s the ultimate 21st century urbanite. But behind the masculine-charm of her Ombré Nature bob with a caramel degradé, this downtown girl is a romantic at heart. Her mix-and-match clothes reflect this duality; rose-colored florals clash with athletic details and patchwork geometric prints.

Pop Nature

Dreamers will recognize themselves in this exquisite and bold woman. She has a voracious, adventurous spirit which is reflected in her bright tropical dress that reads like postcards of faraway worlds; combined with her rich, reverse-ombré tresses – flushed with a hyper-natural texture – you can imagine her basking under exotic suns. And is it not the ultimate luxury: to be here and yet so far away?

“Nature inspires everything I do.”

Ombré Nature
the latest innovation in color from l’oréal professionnel,
as imagined by colorist Nathan Walker.
  • ”The majority of women have brown hair, so it's great to have a new technique that makes these colors feel new and anything but basic”, Nathan Walker said.
  • This technique is about the combination of a global application of rich brown tones with ombré highlights. The color covers your greys, while the ombré highlights add incredible light and dimension.

James Pecis, one the fashion world’s most talented young hair stylists, loves “styles that look easy and natural”. It’s no surprise that his passion to beautify women with a simple and subtle touch has captured hearts and creative minds across the globe. Fashion shows and editorials have become his favorite playground and the most inspiring scene for this artist.
