What is Head Up?

Mental health is the #1 challenge facing hairdressers.
Head Up is a global program created by L’Oréal Professionnel Paris in partnership with the non-profit organization NAMI, to raise awareness of the mental health challenges facing professional hair stylists and provide them with free mental health resources.
Our goal is to reach 100,000 professional hair stylists with our education program, Head Up Keys by sharing tools and strategies that help professional hair stylists to take better care of their mental health.
